1. Agreement

By using europeanwholesaleparts.com (the "Site"), requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are ordering on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

2. Who we sell to

We supply OEM and aftermarket parts for European vehicles (Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Volkswagen, Volvo, and others) to repair shops, dealers, fleets, and individual customers. Quotes and orders are open to everyone; verified trade customers may be assigned an account manager and trade pricing on request. Where we recommend a product sold by a retailer we work with as an affiliate, that purchase is made from the retailer under its own terms, and we may earn a commission. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

3. Quotes

  • A quote request is an inquiry, not an order. Nothing is reserved or purchased until we confirm availability and price and you accept.
  • Quoted prices are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise and are subject to supplier availability at the time of acceptance.
  • We aim to answer quote requests within 2 business hours during business hours (Mon–Fri 7:30 AM–5:30 PM, Sat 8 AM–3 PM Pacific).

4. Fitment and your responsibility

Part fitment depends on your exact vehicle (VIN, build date, options). We provide fitment information in good faith from manufacturer and supplier catalogs, but you are responsible for confirming a part fits your vehicle before ordering. Providing your VIN with a quote request lets us verify fitment for you.

5. Pricing and availability

Prices are in US dollars, exclude sales tax and shipping unless stated, and may change without notice. Sales tax is collected where required. If a listed price is clearly a mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

6. Orders and payment

  • Payment is processed by Stripe at checkout. We accept the cards Stripe supports. We do not offer net terms; payment is due when the order is placed.
  • An order is accepted when we send a shipping or order confirmation, not when payment is taken. We may cancel and refund an order we cannot fulfil.
  • Special-order and non-stock parts may require prepayment and may be non-cancellable once ordered from the supplier.

7. Shipping

We ship nationwide within the United States by ground carrier; expedited options are offered at checkout where available. Delivery estimates are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package. Inspect deliveries on arrival and report damage or shortages within 5 business days. We ship to street addresses in the United States only; we do not ship to freight forwarders, PO boxes, or addresses outside the US.

8. Returns, cores, and cancellations

  • 30 days from delivery for unused parts in original packaging. Electrical parts, special orders, and opened fluids are returnable only if defective.
  • A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returns that are not our error. Return shipping is at your cost unless the part was wrong or defective.
  • Core charges, where listed, are refunded when the acceptable core is returned within 30 days.
  • Orders may be cancelled before they ship; special orders once placed with the supplier may not be.

9. Warranty

Parts carry the manufacturer's or supplier's warranty only, and we will help you make a warranty claim. Except for that, parts are provided as is, and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the extent California law allows. Labor, towing, rental, or consequential costs are not covered.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for the parts in that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or vehicle downtime.

11. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at info@europeanwholesaleparts.com if you believe your account has been used without permission.

12. Site content

Part numbers, descriptions, images, and logos belong to their respective manufacturers and are used for identification only. Site content is ours or licensed to us; you may not copy or scrape it for commercial use.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California, and you consent to that venue.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms; the version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
